Your privacy matters to us. This Policy explains what personal data aaph collects, why we need it, how we use it, who we may share it with, and what rights you have over your own information as a player in the Philippines.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations, you have specific rights over the personal data you share with aaph. These are not aspirational commitments — they are legal rights we are obliged to honour.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data aaph holds about you, including what data is held, where it came from, and for what purpose it is being processed. Requests are processed within 30 days.
If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you have the right to have it corrected. Contact aaph support with updated information and supporting documentation.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to aaph's legal retention obligations under Philippine financial and gaming regulations.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or profiling. Where your objection is upheld, aaph will cease that specific processing activity promptly.
Where technically feasible and permitted by law, you may request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format so that it may be transferred to another service provider of your choosing.
Where processing of your data is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal was made.
